[QUOTE=Scootergptx;2979140]Well if it's any consolation, the clutch is easier to get to.

Scooter.........thanks for your input! Also good news on the clutch.

If you removed the air filter and partially covered the intake with your hand, and it improved the stumble, wouldn't that prove a lean condition before you tear it completely down?

Scooter.....I raised the needle 1 notch richer and went back to the DJ slide spring and the problem is solved. It now starts and runs great. Now about that clutching, I need low end response. I ride tight gnarly trails with lots of rocks. What do you think?

You could change the primary spring. Can't remember now if it's Polaris pink or white that would be better for you.

Also, if you don't want to mess with that, you could change the sprockets. Needed a new set up (chain and both sprocket) on mine thanks to a nice big rock. Might want to check the chain for missing o-rings and the sprockets for wear.

Unfortunately the chain and sprockets are new so that's not an option.

Depending on how much you want to spend, you could get a full clutch kit.

Just looked and saw Ftwflh said white or red. I'd go with his suggestions on any type of clutching.

For low engagement go with EPI pink and an Aaen blue secondary set at 2-2.
I ran this on my 330 and it rocked

I listen to him and went with the white polaris for the primary and Aaen blue for the secondary setting 2-2 and saw a better hole shot and top end, The reason I didn't go with the pink is because my 13 year old drives it and he doesn't know rpms yet.

Thanks.....I'll give that a try. Do you happen to know of any instructions available to change and adjust springs? That's something I've never done before.
