Default Scrambler grounding

I have a 97 400 Scrambler that I am rebuilding. I noticed one ground that comes from the motor and goes to the batt. There is another ground that is mounted to the frame under the gas tank. Where does this one go, can I just mount it to the motor?

there is usually a ground from motor to frame. Im not sure about the motor to battery though that doesnt seem correct.

It bolts to one of the bolts that hold the upper motor mount on.
