Default rear axle nut removal

2003 2wd trail boss 330. need to replace rear axle beaings. Got the tire, hub, snap ring, and seal off, now.. i cannot for the life of me remove the rear axle nut from this thing. Tried heat, Kroil, larg channel locks. No dice. I have a pipr wrench that fits pretty snu, and using a breaker bar and BFH i still cannot get it to budge. Any tricks here? Doesn't seem to be threaded reverse..And. If i cut it off, can i just use a nut of the same size with locktite, and ignore the snapring? Thanks in advance..

Easiest way is to use a Dremmil tool to cut the nut almost through in two spots and then split with a chissel.Replace the nut.I keep extras in my tool box

It's a good thought. Can't locate the nut locally though. Can a regular nut be used in place of the old one? Only problem would be the snap ring..Edit..FTW.. That mean that the threads are normal also correct?
