Snow and ice on the atv
#6
Should be melted off for sure if using it for ice-fishing and or plowing............The ice build-up is no good for the rubber C.V. boots..........Plus you can see anything to keep a eye on things for Maintenance issues...........
With the snowblower Some people I know that leave them out side put a 150 watt floodlight in the auger and inpeller for a hour or two and this heat melts the snow and ice off to prevent freezing and belt burning off when starting up next time ................Caper........

This is my 10th year plowing with a 01 scrammy 500 and I've never had a problem with leaving it in a unheated garage. I always pull it in garage when I'm done and let it Idle for atleast 5 minutes before shutting it off, with the door open of course.
