hey guy's!have a 2001 scrambler 90 that starts and runs better than my car,until you try to go past 1/2 throttle.it then bogs out till it stalls.starts right up and idles perfect time after time.things i have tried are fuel filter,flush tank,plug,new carb,throttle cable.gas tank is vented.any new ideas would be great.thanks in advance.

 

it ended up having low compression.thanks for all of the replies and help guys!
