Default New 850

Well, I just pulled the trigger for a new one. It will be ready on Saturday. I got the 2011 Sportsman 850 XP in green. The only option I am getting is the rail that goes on the back rack.
I am ordering the winch from amazon. It is almost half the price of the dealer installed one. I think I should be able to handle installing it myself considering everything I have done to my previous Polaris.

I bought mine 2500 from a dealer on E-Bay but just got his company name from the web site and called them directly, bypassed E-Bay and saved a few $$ more. Went to Rocky Mountain ATV for the mounting kit and saved again.

Congrats on the new XP!

Yeah...the install of a WARN winch is really straight forward. I mean...Polaris has the wires ready to tap...and a mount for the contactor.

Good luck...and remember to post pics!

Already been looking at what accessories I want to put on it.

Yeah totally know what you mean! I am picking up tomorrow a 2011 850 and 550 Touring. Completely excited!

I also purchase over $800 in Pure Polaris accessories with a 20% discount at time of deal. Forgot...that everything I wanted on mine...I should purchase x2 for the wifie's!

Greart winch. I have a WARN and it is a top of the line tool. WARN is the 'Snap-On' of winches.

My neighbor bought a cheap Chineese made super winch and it is worthless except for a weight for trot line when catfishing.
