Default xp550 proplem

i have an 09 550xp and it just started acting like its cold blooded when starting. it has not had this problem before and the past 3 0r 4 times i have gone to start it, the starter is turning and some times it turns over. after about 5-10 mins of trying it starts but wont idle till it warms up good. i am thinking maybe a spark plug or coil but im not sure. any thoughts?

try changing the plug , they have been fouling plugs if you dont get it good and warm every time you start it, see if you can replace the champion with an ngk plug, not sure of the number for the 550

Good point KERBIRDS. They have to idle about 5 min to warm up and get the ECM off the warm up circuit. If not, it stays rich and will foul the plug.

Mine came with an ngk plug number I think is brk6e. I have put a new one in still the same. If it was the bat wudnt it die after crankin for a long period of time? Bat checks out good I think but it can't hurt to test it
