Default thinking of making the jump to an 850xp from my rene...

hmmm- I can grab a 2009 850xp, 134 miles on it for around $6500... (has a few add-ons- winch & rack extenders)

I've had a dozen offers on my 08 renegade 800x (new rims, 27" 589's, new winch, fender extenders, hand warmers...) in the mid $7k range (ebay)- I'm losing sleep on making a decision

both atv's are pretty much top in class- but that rene is such a thrill to ride, so nimble & quick... and the plastic on the xp looks so big and bulky- but the xp is such a beautifuly engineerd atv with so many upgrades (I guess they both are)

You won't be throwing the XP around like you can on the Rene...but If you like to sit back and run over just about anything and do it in comfort....then the XP might be the ticket! I love mine but have had the ball joint issue (repaired under warranty) and another problem with something to do with the PCV system which cost me $80. Other than that all is good!

after a lot of thought... I removed my rene from ebay- I'd love to own a new 850xp but, my damn heart thumps like hell (not H) thinking about riding that rene, I'd miss it too much to sell it now, maybe in a few months

thanks for the feedback guys
