You can write Polaris but it is like sending something to you deleted file…I had TBap sensor issues and sent them a letter and all I got was a form letter back saying see your dealer!!!

like i always said, polaris always sends thier complaints back onthe dealers and if you happend to have a crappy deal who doesn't give a @#*& then nothing will be done. i have always liked my polaris bikes but in the last few years, polaris customer service has gone down hill bad! their a victim of their own success as the more they sell the less they seem to care.
as far as the belt "life time warranty" goes, they can always get around that by saying its the way you drove it or bigger tires or you didn't break it in correctly. it always,always comes down to the dealer and how good he wants to be!

yea, you would think the dealer would have tried harder to get it covered, i mean I just gave them cash for this bike a month ago, I guess once I bought it I was no longer their favorite customer....
