anywhere from 3 to 7 psi depending on what surface you ride on. softer areas where more traction is needed a less psi is ok. hard pack a higher psi for better fuel milage is good. if a low psi is used for rock or hard going traction riding then a lower speed so you don't roll or dismount the tire form hard contact. imo

mud lite rubber is on the hard side, but the psi all matters on what kind of terrain you ride on...
you should be on the lower end of 3-5 psi when riding over rocks and such- high psi will tend to make a rubber tire tear wide open if it's impaled... you want that tire to flex.
