Quick Disconnects for PIA lights
after taking 2 hours to hook up my PIAA's directly to my battery on my 08 400 Sportsman and clipping the on/off switch into my wiring, my battery was dying every 3 months. Turns out it was the little on/off switch. So i had to snip the wire since i was leaving and my quad is 2 hours from home and i'm only up there every few months.
What i'm looking for is quick disconnects for the wiring (approx. 18-22 guage) I tried radioshack/advanced auto and they have some, usually many per box. 1 box for Male/1 box for female. But I just wasn't happy with the selection/quality.
I'm hoping you all know of something a little better.
Thanks.

you could try hitting an automotive junk yard and ask them for a weatherproof two wire (or however many wires you're using) connector with both male and female ends and a couple inches of wire. They'll probably give it to ya, and if they charge it can't be much and it's a watertight connection as long as you use heat shrink when splicing in the connector!
