does anyone make a radiator that could be modified to fit in a 99'scrambler 500, the banshee looks about the same size I don't know of it's capacity though, my radiator started to leak at the crips,so I ordered a replacement and out of the box it did the same, so I returned it for another with the same results. the dealer will exchange again, but I don't think it will make a differance, so I have been looking for a differnt brand that I could modify to fit. Has anyone done this?

I think you just have a string of bad luck going. I ride with other scramblers, and I've never heard of this problem, and one guy rides a 1998 500 4x4 with no problem. I think I'd try the new radiator just one more time. It won't cost you anything, and since you've already done it, it should be easier than fabricating a new application. Sorry, man.

Hot Seat has a high flow aluminum radiator. It's supposed to have twice the cooling area than the stock one. Bolts in stock location. I have a 99 sc500 and have'nt had this problem yet. Good Luck!

Thanks for the tip off, a bolt in replacement would be ideal, I will check it out
