Default Fuel Delivery Schematic

Does anybody have a sportsman 500 EFI schematic available? Year 2008.

I need to look at one and don't have access to get a manual. I have a couple questions about the lines that run up into the headlight housing on a polaris sportsman 500 EFI.

What are they and where do they go, one of mine is off and there is a T next to it. I plugged it back into the T and i got a lot of backpressure in the tank.

Anybody know what is going on there. when i pulled it back off, everything was fine, as it was before i plugged it back in.

08 Sportsman 500 EFI

Look under Parts.Polarisind.com/browse, look up fuel tank on your model, will show the T fitting and both check valves and the vent hose from the tank and coolant tank vent hose. OPT

just make sure those lines don't get pinched or rlugged and always stay above water.

You're not the first one that's done this!! Had a lot of calls from people that snooped under the pod and connected this vent up thinking it came loose! OPT

Thanks guys, I think I'm good to go. This 08 sportsman is new to me and other than my F150, everything else is carb'd (motorcycle, Jeep and other ATV). Don't know much about EFI.

I bookmarked that tech site. Thank you.
