That's not a front bumper that piece is plastic it's the front end .

 

Thanks stendori, Yes that is what I need spdecat I am trying to find a good used one if at all possible rather then buying new so thus the reason for the thread.....................I guess I will keep looking

your thinking of a brush gaurd/steel bumper. the one i posted is what polaris calls thier bumper(plastic).

 

To me it's like a front grill you don't have a plastic bumper . If I'm going in a dealership and I'm looking for a bumper I'd think I'm looking for something that's steel . That piece is not a bumper .

as mentioned, this is the "polaris oem part number and description" of the front bumper to a 2008 sportsman 800. like it or not, that is what polaris considers that thier front bumper is.

 

Is there anyone that parts out atvs at home or online anywhere? You would think there would have to be used take off parts out there somewhere?
