On my 550XP I had a high pitch squeal from the spring rubbing on the shock absorber body, White lithium grease was the cure.

Forgot to mention that if the rear sway bar bushing is loose it can get dust in it and developes an annoying squeak.

Try spraying some lube on the springs for the adapter mounts. Sounds like that is where the squeaking is coming from. Sweet looking ride!

We shot a little video and at time frame 3:59, 4:19 and 4:25 you can hear it loud and clear.
Any ideas,
Thanks,

first off welcome to the polaris forum. 2nd we might say you have a very impressive set up and bike. i think it might be (hard to tell as from a video) when front suspenion is going up and down it sounds like maybe the spring is rubbing on something. as mentioned check this out and maybe a lube sprayed or applied to this area might help. see if there is any rubbing/scuff marks that may help pin point the location.

Hey, thanks guys for the hints. I believe it comes from the front bracket holding that huge spring to keep the tracks aligned. Somehow there is a placeholder sleeve to enable some sort of movement, I just don't know why? ....and that's not because I'am blond
Is some grease really all it takes? I was afraid it would only attract dirt and would start all over again, but we might just do that.
@ all, we appreciate for the kind words and suggestions.

Thanks again,
Ramona

I did some trials and the squeak comes from the bracket where the spring seats (as you described) in the bracket & only at looser tensions. Grease did the trick.

How about at least wearing an army helmet for the video? tsk tsk and a waggling finger in your direction for NO safety equipment on most of the riders, the first part was ok, but all the other riders were not dressed to ride, even a bike helmet is better than nothing, would have been a shame if someone took a tumble on some of those hi speed runs past the camera.
Other than that, it is a cool looking ride, maybe I could borrow it for deer hunting ( RUN Bambi.....muuuwaaahaaahaahaaaaa !!!)
