When I ordered my clutch kit and pipe I also ordered two Twin Air filters (one for the wifes TBlazer). When I ordered I neglected to specify that I needed the cage for the filters not just the replacement element.

When I returned the elements HPD sent me the two new filters with cages and also included 5 extra stickers and a cool black HPD racing cap!

I thought that was very nice of them considering the order snafu was not thier fault.

Yep, many of the Polaris specialty places seem to have good customer relations. I have heard many good things about HPD, and I have had a good personal experience with RCR.

Hpd is really easy to deal with. I ordered a billet aluminum steering bushing for my polaris from hot seat performance. They said it would take a few days. So i waited, and waited some more. Finally after about 2 weeks i called them back and asked where my order was. They didn't call me or email me saying that it was backordered. So the whole time my machine was down waiting on the bushing. They didn't even know when they would get another one. I canceled my order and then ordered the same one from hpd. I received it in 2 days. I figured at least 3 or 4 days but it only took 2. They were the same way with my exhaust and reed cage. They told me a week at first and i had it in 3 days. They really know how to take care of people. I won't order anything else from hot seat performance again. Hpd makes better products anyway.

Hey Pete!
Welcome. This is a great site for information or just chit chat about Quads. Hope you get the mods you need. Todd400 supplied the link in his reply.
Leaving for Brooksville today to camp and ride till Sunday at Crooms, supposed to rain a little, great - no dust!
