This may be a stupid question but I figured i would ask before I ruin something. On the recoil case next to the pull rope there is a plug that looks like a fill plug. does this case require any fluid or lubrication?? Thanks for the help.

 

i think it's a drain plug for the recoil if you get water in it. this does not require lube.
