I have a 2001 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO , i did the bypass on the reverse limiter but now my speedometer doesnt work, is there anyone here that can help me with this question, when i did the override i cut the wire going from the override button to the speedometer, will this speedometer work by taking power from the on side of the switch ( a hot wire) to the wire going to the speedometer that i cut. could anyone tell me that i would appreciate it and if not what does it take to make that work without undoing the bypass, thanks for all the info on the site, appreciate the work.
