Default 1995 400 2 stroke 4x4

I have a 95 that was just rebuilt with a tick of shaving on head. It has awesome power but want more lowend so can wheelie easier? Put in purple or white spring (can't remember which) helped alittle but i want more just doesn't pickup front like it should. It has a pipe but going to replace it to get rid of the ten inch piece coming off of motor Im open there too. Don't want to break the bank just want a wheelie machine that blasts up to 50-60 and has power in mud. Found aeen pipe used is that a good one? Any help would be great thanks
Jeff
