Default Brass Part

I noticed the oil line going into my carb came out. The brass fitting slips in and out pretty easily and I'm not sure how to secure it. I know its a newbie question for sure butttt. There is a small clip holding it in the brass part in the line but how do I get the brass to stay in the carb? Any help here would be great. Thanks

Sounds like you're talking about the 300 2-stroke. If so then yes,I've had the same thing happen several times on these with the oil injector brass fitting pulling out of the carb. You either use a little clear epoxy or JB weld 5 minute quick epoxy to solve this from happening again. Just dab a little around the middle of the fitting, just don't get any near the orifice opening, and press in and hold for a couple minutes while it hardens and seals the fitting to the carb. Then you won't have to worry about it coming out! If you're worried about using epoxy you can tap the fitting in lightly, but you run the risk of distorting it if you're not careful! OPT

Got the quick weld and put it on today. Works great. Thanks.
