Even though the engine bolts are metric, the hole tapped for the clutch is standard( that 's Polaris for you you have to have metric and standard tools to work on em! Hopefully members that have done this will give you the right bolt and pitch! OPT
the puller bolt i beleave is a 3/4" fine thread for the clutch.

ok so to update i changed the oil seal behind the clutch and rebuilt the top end with a standard bore namura kit old piston was missing the skirt on intake side. lots of dust but no chunks cleaned it all out tried to start it wont start. a little starting fluid in carb it blew a fireball out at me and lit my machine on fire when i cranked it. got that put out and put gas straight into cylinder and it kept trying to start. i left for a couple hrs came back and now it wont even try to start just cranks i have no idea what to do next.

Is it getting gas? Also you might have fouled the plug...

plug is good brand new actually its getting fuel thru the carb just dont think its making it to the cylinder. reeds are good close fully, clean, not broke. altho earlier the fuel was not making it to plug when i came back it seems like it is just not sure. with the plug out wot and cranking i would expect a mist of fuel to be coming out of the plug hole yet i am not seeing any i am just at a loss is it possiblr for the timing to be messed up on a two stroke? if so how do i go about checking it being as there is no timing belt or chain

If you just put a standard piston size back in that's probably your problem! Check compression! Should be at least 100 psi or more! Cylinder should have been measured for an over sized piston especially since the piston skirt was broken on the old piston. Usually this a sign of too much clearance on the piston and cylinder when the piston skirt breaks! OPT

did you have the cly. checked for out of round? like opt said, check compression. if it's strong enough then it won't fire.

ok i have now learned my lesson lol checked comp. its at 54 so the standard kit was a waste im not sure whether to go 20 over or 40 over and obviously cyl nds to be bored what would be the better choice the 20 or 40 kit they are the same price the 20 i would think would leave more room for future piston repairs if any but not sure if the boring for the 20 will be enough to completley take care of the cyl hence the reason for considering the 40 thoughts on this minor issue?

Just go to the oversize that will clean up the cylinder! You won't see any performance improvement going over the size needed unless you plan on other mods, plus as you said will leave room for future bores. If in doubt if .020 will "clean" up the bore just have the cylinder measured, plus check for any deep gouges in the cylinder wall! I've had "walk in" customers bring cylinders and pistons in that were way over sized and told em so! OPT

less bore is better and more reliable as well. the more metal you take off sometimes will add more heat issues in the long run/ just my
