Default Anyone using a new Glacier 3 plow?

Just wanted to see if anyone has a Glacier 3 plow. If your using one share your thoughts/ concerns. Any problems? I know there was some displeasure with the non-xp G 2's! I'm still using the 2009 550 xp with the XP version G 2. So far the only issue with this plow continues to be the cheap junk cable polaris uses on their winches At least 3 times per season I have cut a length off and clamp the hook back on. I think it is known that synthetic cable/ rope is the way to go, but I hate to throw anything away so I'll keep the cable until there is not enough left the let the plow touch the ground. Then I'll replace with synthetic cable like I have on my 03 Rubi.

I have one on my new 850 XP and I love it, I haven't found anything to complain about, even my wife can put the plow on or take it off in 30 seconds, and the rope is the way to go, I have not seen any problems with it either, I did have a faulty winch though, had to replace it half way through cleaning my driveway for the first time, it's been good since then.

Check ebay for deals on synthetic rope. They usually have them with a 12-15' piece included to use for plowing (I get the thicker 1/4" short piece for plowing). I always keep the steel line and clamp it on both ends to use for extra line when I need it(probably have a few hundred feet from what I've collected over the years-lol).
