Hello, i'm trying to get my hands on a cooling fan for my 00 scrambler. The dealer wants 3 or 4 hundred. I'm nervous about the ebay ones. Does anyone have a used one? Or can anyone advise of the best place to get one for a reasonable price? Thanks

 

Think some of the members have replaced the newer enclosed fans with a Spal assembly? Not quite sure on just the old style motor like yours,but others will come along shortly and help on replacements other than the dealer!! Plus unless you can find one cheap enough you can take it apart and try to clean up dirt and moisture around the brush area. OPT

 

ive seen auto parts numbers posted for a few models on here,..if you do a forum serch on from the home page info might come up,or some one will be on for to long that knows! theres a lotta folks that buy off ebay an get good stuff but i dont know who there dealing with,..good luck
