Polaris Rollover?
#1
I saw a Kawasaki commercial on TV today. The premise of the commercial was that a guy on a Polaris Sportsman rolls it on it's side down a ravine and a Kawasaki rescues him. I thought what the hell does that mean? Polaris's roll-over? What's next, the seats burst into flames?

Thats a pretty good one. About as good as the Dodge truck across the bed of another Dodge truck. When would you ever do that? Then the old GMC Jimmy comercial where they bunji jump it off a bridge to test the frame. Stupid. Would other vehicles not do the same thing, and why would you ever do that to begin with. Kawasaki is looking for sales, and there are some folks that will watch that and believe something from it. Any quad will flip over sideways, backwards, or forwards for that matter. All their commercial is saying is that they had a sorry rider on the sportsman who put himself in a bad position and took the tumble. I wish I could see this commercial, I never see anything but those hondas parachuting out of a plane or riding past 200 other hondas in the desert. I need better cable.

I guess that case of shampoo I bought won't help me.
I can vouch for the fact that BUYING a quad can affect your sex life, but I doubt that brand is as much a factor as timing and cost.
I am really disappointed about the shampoo. Anyone interested in some nationally advertised shampoo that only cleans hair?

Greetings,
I saw a Kawasaki ad in Field and Stream that was equally terrible or just plain bad. The big print said something like "the wilderness is a great place to be, but not for the rest of your life" and then went on to imply that with any other machine, you could get stranded and die out there.
How nice. And just the sort of equation that the ATV world needs -- ATV may equal death.
Aside from that, the pictures were awful, the layout was awful, and the rest of the copy was awful. Other than that, I guess it left a lasting impression.
Thanks,
Rod

The Coolest Commercial I have seen so far would have to be that honda one where they drop the quads off by helicopter in the middle of swamp land to see if they can get out. I enjoyed watching them churn through the mud. The only thing I did notice was that the tires on all of them were sure not stock. I bet you could sell your case of shampoo to the guys who did that honda commercial
