new chain & sprockets - to tight to ride

Changed a bunch of em over the years and never had a problem when the rear eccentric tabs were touching the back of the frame support(loosest position),but you might want to loosen the chain guide a little, check that the swing arm is tight and not loose, and especially recount the number of links on the chain,78 individual links. OPT
