They are replacing a front tire on mine that blew a sidewall on the first ride last weekend! All they asked is that I send in a few pics of the plugged holes and they are sending me a new one. Great customer service, very friendly.

Also my buddy is being sent a $50 gift card because he has made over $1000 in purchases from them over the past few years. Pretty sweet!

 

It's great to hear when someone is treated well by a company. All too often it's the one guy that got bent out of shape that gives his feedback when there are tons of happy customers.

 

Agreed. It only takes one bad review to make you think twice about doing business sometimes. I was impressed with them, no questions asked.
