Polaris 250

Don't shoot the messenger Ain't always right, it's just that I've seen this before. I've seen em brought in all butchered up and few didn't just have a bad starter, but didn't have a starter period. Just a big gaping hole leading into the stator area. OPT

You need the starter and the bendix. The harness you have on the other machine needs to be the same model and year as there may be differences,(not on the starter part),but in the stator, cdi connections! Not every harness will interchange. Cheapest place for starters is here. DB Electrical - Polaris OPT

I've NEVER seen a Polaris without a starter or battery going back to the 1987 models when I started working on em!!! Unless you have some kind of weird export model. The flywheel has to have teeth so the starter bendix can engage. Are you sure this is a POLARIS "Kazumneb" and not some Chinese knock off?? Look back closely at the parts breakdown on your 91 Trailblazer!! It does show the starter and on the frame the battery tray lip is visible.Post a picture of the machine!! OPT
