Unhappy How the heck do I get the carb out to clean it?! Argh!

So I have a Polaris Hawkeye (06) 4x2 that apparently needs some significant carb cleaning, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the carb OUT of the machine to clean it. It's really wedged in there and looks like I'd need to take apart the body to get to it.

Any help or tutorials for me?

You can either take the air box boot or entire air box out to allow room to remove the carb.It is stuffed in there pretty tight. OPT

Thanks, OPT.

I wasn't sure that was the "correct" way to do it, but it crossed my mind.

So I fold or collapse the air box boot to push it back through the hole and then just pull it out after I've un-done the clamp to the carb?

This is killing me. So the carb is completely disconnected, but I simply cannot get the carb out from inside the frame. No matter how I maneuver it, I can't get it out the side, or the top between the [vent?] tubes.

IF I remember correctly you have to remove the tank cover which allows the clutch cover vent tubes to separate enough to squeeze the carb out so you can pull the bowl off. Not the easiest job working on this machine. OPT

Thank you, OPT. That was a real PITA and I feared I would break those... took a lot of maneuvering, but it eventually came out.
