Well I just installed the new head gasket for my Tbalzer. We checked the compression before we put it on, and it was 50PSI.Then when we put the head gasket on and it bumped it up to 70Psi, but it still wouldnt crank buy the starter. If you psrayed starter fluid directly into the carb, and yanked the pull starter a few times it would crank.I never got a chance to take it out, so cant tell you if it had gained its power back or not.The weird thing is when you try and use the starter to crank it , the starter sounds like its real weak, and it drains the battery REALLY quick.Does anyone know what else could be wrong?Oh yeah whats the compression supposed to be?

It should be over 100. If you're only registering 70 you have a bad head gasket seal or a ring/piston problem.
