New member here, just picked up and '02 Xpedition to do some plowing with. Came with a nice brand new Cycle Country 52" poly blade but no push tubes.

Wondering if anyone has any experience modifying a Front Mounting kit to work on one of these older machines?

 

i had a buddy modify a front bumber and put in 2 square tubes for my plow. works good. i should post a pic sometime huh?

 

I picked up a used Warn ProVantage frame mount and push tube off eBay really cheap and did the same.

Added some square tubing to the ends of the frame tubes, in a telescoping manner and bolted the frame mount to those.

Had to do a little cutting to the skid pate part of the grill to get that to bolt back on.

Now working on modifying my Cycle Country blade to go onto the Warn push tube. Shouldn't be that bad, the space for bolting the blade to the push tube on the Cycle Country is 10" wide and needs to be 12" wide for the Warn
