Default Override switch bypass on 02 sportsman

If I tie the gry/or and gry/w wires together for the override switch, will this make the override active all the time? Thois is on a Sportsman 500 OH ATV

OPT,
Thanks, it looks as if this will do the trick. At first I wasn't sure what he meant by "pop the hood" by it registered after I removed the headlight cover.

If you're just wanting to over ride the reverse limiter, just pull the black wire from the limiter module under the headlight pod that runs to the circuit board on the drivers side. You'll have full power in reverse without having to push the button so be careful.Module #33. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

Since my daughter's 2010 Scrambler doesn't have a digital display to worry about using the button to scroll through functions I zip tied the button down and used some electrical tape around that to keep it from sliding off the button.
