it will start with black wire from rpm limit switch. are you saying it may not be the rpm limit switch that is bad

Most people don't replace them!! They just disable the limiter so you will have full time awd and full power in reverse with out having to push the over ride button!

Item 32 is the limiter(it's not available at Cycle parts Warehouse) BUT I wouldn't replace it anyway! Most people that I gave them the choice decided not to replace them! Why pay 60 bucks for a module that will fail again! Most other atvs do not even have a reverse limiter.This was a stupid idea from Polaris any way. I think I will just leave it unhooked than.. I really appreciate all your help and patients I just wish that I would have realized sooner what part you were talking about. So thanks for everything and maybe we will chat again.

Does it run now,crank with the starter instead of just the recoil? That's the main thing.....

cycle parts warehouse were you recommend getting parts? I need a new recoil cover gasket

Just buy liquid silicon gasket at any store, I had my recoil off so many times for different little things. I tossed the paper gasket years back.

One tube can re seal that recoil cover 100 times over.
