There's No silicone fix? And why would i have to pull the clutch to fix a cover seal?

You DON'T have to pull the clutch to replace the cover seal,but you do if it's the engine to backing plate seal.. Look at the break down link I posted,shows all the parts that may be involved!

Oh i see the issue. Il be pulling the clutch cover soon to grease thE clutch anyway. Iv been avoiding it because of the rusted on fender bolts, but is there any way to know view that Seal once its off?

Only way is to use a flashlight and try to look behind the backing plate at the rear of the rubber seal,but you can't see all of the seal,plus you may be able to look at it closer from the front when you pull the clutch cover.Clutch shaft doesn't need grease,just needs to be clean. Take an air nozzle and blow out all the clutch dust in an open area. Makes a mess.

Well i just felt the seal the connects the cover to the motor and they aren't even touching. Doesn't appear to be ripped though

This is a video on crank seal and bearings,but you can see the larger seal around the inner cover. Yours has a plate that has to be removed to access it.

Can i remove the clutch cover without having to take apart the rear fender?

Possible,but hard to wiggle the cover out without removing the 3 fender bolts and nuts at the floor board to give you extra room.

What size chain will it be. I just snapped my master and need to order a new one
