Unless you run wide open gravel roads the 500 is a 55mph machine and 5 psi tires do not handle speed well. I feel safter going 90 mph on a sled then my Sportsman doing 55 down a dirt road.

On real off road ATV trails where your lucky to hit 30mph for more then a second a 800 can,t get some where any faster then a 350.
I always say a 20mph trail will beat a 70mph ATV in a battle of wills every time.
