Default Sportsman 500 EFI backfire when throttle snapping

The problem is, that my Sportsman backfire to the intake.
Idling is ok, slowly throttle operation is ok, but when suddenly snap the throtle then BANG! or die. When it bangs, then throttle body comes off the boot.
Many blink codes: 41, 22, 44, 45, 47, 51, 55.
I replace and adjust TPS, but code 22 still blinking.
IAT is faulty, but i think this is not so important (maybe I'm wrong).
MAP is suspected, but when I disconnect it, then engine definitely would not increase rpms.
Any ideas?
Engine got power when riding, no popping, no power holes, no missfires. Seems to be ok. Spark plug looks fine, valve clearance is ok, camshaft and rocker arms are ok too.
Sorry for my english...

How did you adjust the tps sensor? Did you check the thin wiring on the tps and map sensor for any bare or soft feeling wires(internal breakage) 80% of the time it's a wiring issue on efi problems as the manuals state.Code 22 is high or low tps voltage problem. Look at the "sticky" post above the expert section of efi problems. It relates to all efi machines including the 500. There's a link to better harness repair kits if you narrow it down to either a tps or map sensor wiring problem.Only The Best

I adjust it with 5V stabilizer and multimeter. Output voltage from TPS is now in service values. I set it to 1,12V.

Problem solved.
TPS plug was faulty. Open circuit on purple and green wires.
Thanks old polaris tech!

Code 22 should reset now. If you have future problems of this sort remember the harness kits at Only The Best The wiring and connectors both are stronger than the oem ones.

Now OPT, I gotta believe that you and OTBpowersports.com are in some financial arrangement being that your current status shows "retired" and kicking your wife's A$$ out of bed every morning, plus your plugs for the website!! The fix you are diagnosing is spot on!!!!

Nope, could stand a little $ in the mail box every now and then though.. I push OTB because of all the crappy Polaris harness kits I installed that didn't hold up. At least some one has a better solution as it's obvious Polaris hasn't done any thing about this. And yes I give the old lady a slight push some mornings, any harder than that and I'd be the one to get kicked out of bed....One more year and she can sleep as long as she wants to after 45 years on the job..

The 3pin pressure sensor wiring repair kit from OTB is the same as 3pin for my TPS? The plugs are different. From OTB is 'inner' female plug, and for my TPS should be 'outer' female.

The one shown is for a 700/800. Look at the lower right hand corner of OTB's website. Shows the harness for the 500 map sensor plus you can contact them on anything else you might need.
