I have a 700 sportsman.. can only get to about 30 mph and it bogs.. getting there I can not gun the throttle have to gradually climb to that speed.. once the engine bogs.. it kinda dies down till about 5 mph and then I can climb back up to speed. I have tried everythign I could think of and cant seem to get it.. any ideas? Carbs have been cleaned.. fresh gas.... just weird as to It goes to a certain speed then dies off... but motor still runs.. but as it is slowing down.... I push the throttle and nothing happens until it gets to about 5 mph or so

 

Could still be fuel related,fuel pump,filter etc,plus don't over look the small items such as new plugs and a clean air filter. You can pull the line from the carb and crank the engine over to see if fuel is flowing ok. Plus could be time to check out the clutches and belt if you haven't done so. Clutch problems,worn belts can cause engine bogging also.
