Eventually all 2 strokes will need engines rebuilt just by the nature of their design. Some will last for years with little to no problems if maintained properly, good oil,air filter kept clean, etc.Low compression engine and not a speed demon, but when Polaris had their first 4 wheel drive, the little 250 powered it and surprised a lot of people as to where it could go.The Trail Blazer was an entry level machine without a low range transmission, but a bunch were sold and oem and after market parts are every where. Just make sure it cranks up quickly and idles ok with out a lot of "marbles in a tin can" type noise which could be mean excessive top end wear.
