I just purchased a 2000 Trail Boss and I was doing some maintenance on it and was cleaning the air filter and noticed the seat was cracked all the way up on the bottom side plastic of the seat. After seeing this I noticed the seat didn't fit correctly on the bike. I am searching ebay for used seats and am wondering what years fit my bike.

for people in the future that search this the 1998-2001 trail boss have the same part number for the seat. I have yet to find out if other models from the same years will fit. I have read somewhere that the sportsman seat is the same but have not verified this.
