2001 Polaris Xplorer 250 cooling fan???
I haven't noticed my fan running at all, how often do they typically run? Do they run all the time or rarely ever? One would think that it would run frequently?
How big of a problem is it if it's not working? I don't remember my old old old old trail boss even having a fan.
I can remember a couple times (when I first got the polaris a few months ago) when I was riding and all was normal and then all the sudden my right leg got real hot, would this have been the fan kicking on?
Easiest way to wire it to just run all the time (when the key is on) or by switch?
Thanks In Advance

Wouldn't worry about as I've never gotten one hot enough even down here to kick a fan on. The fan sensor is mounted on the top motor mount and not the engine, plus it's a 260 degree sensor.Had more trouble with these and the 300 fan sensors breaking/shorting out from vibration causing the fans to run constantly.Item #7.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
