Default 20 amp circuit breaker on 2003 sportsman

This is the circuit breaker in the pouches under the headlight pod. Can I switch these out to 20 amp inline fuse instead? Would be easier than trying to find one of the stock breakers. Thoughts? Thx

The breaker under the front panel is a 10 amp breaker for the fan. The main breaker up from the battery is a 20 amp. I've had people install water resistant fuse assemblies before, but be sure to carry a few spares if you do.Polaris used the thermal circuit breaker because it would usually trip if you had a problem and reset, but I guess they didn't count on the moisture that would short one out.
