Over the years I've ran a couple of different brands of tach's on my Polaris. Finally got around to installing one with a shift light and memory recall. My main reasoning on wanting the shift light is so that I can set it up to come on when I'm stalling it up and reach my proper launch RPM to stay consistent. It also has a feature that turns the shift light off after a certain RPM. Very easy to install with only four wires required to hook it up.

Don't read too much into the graphics on the Polaris. As far as I know Polaris didn't make a 4X4 Scrambler 250.
