I just picked up an '00 Xpedition 425. Changed the oil, plug, and cleaned the fuel system. Now that it is running and driving everything seems to work well except at idle when it is cold. Seems to have an occasional knock or hick-up coming from the left side of the crank case from time to time. This does not have while the RPM's are up. Any ideas?

 

Seems pretty typical for carbs in cold temps. Just turn out your fuel screw a tad.
