Default 2004.5 Sportsman 700 Carb- Fuel pump question

I am not sure if my pump needs rebuild or replace.
Finally got my project together and running. I put on a small clear universal fuel filter so that I can see the flow. It is located between pump and carb. I have great vacuum at the pulse line.
It just seems to run out of gas at the filter.
I have taken the pump apart twice now - inspected closely and do not see any holes in diaphragms, and very clean now.
After the second time apart it seems to sputter little fuel or drip fuel into my filter.
The petcock has been taken apart and cleaned and flows fine.
Just wonder if it should spit fuel into filter or flow almost as much as it does from the petcock.

Any one know where to get rebuild kit.
It is an TAIYOGIKEN pump.
Thanks

Cheaper just to replace it.Probably sucking air from the gaskets/diaphragms.Taiyogiken doesn't show rebuild kits as the older Mikuni fuel pumps do,but I'm sure there out there. You'd just have to find the correct model kit. $44 here + shipping. Item #3. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
Ebay has them for $65 free shipping. Just compare costs.I wouldn't chance a used pump.http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Polaris-Fuel-Pump-2520227-Magnum-Sportsman-Trail-325-330-400-500-600-700-/171258244785?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27dfc96eb1

Yea Been looking on ebay- new ones are too bad priced.
Question- should there be a good flow from the pump like it flows from the petcock or just spit out.

Most of the time a steady flow, but at times I've seen them pulse fuel out,but still a good fuel supply.Depends on the amount of vacuum from the carb.If you're sure the pulse line is good, the fuel valve is open/clear in on and reserve position, then sound like a weak pump. You can also pull a vacuum on the pulse line with a Mityvac to see if it does the same thing. If so,just replace the pump.
