Default Engine seize

I just bought a 1999 polaris scrambler. The kid I bought it from said he left it out side with the plug out. My guess would be that is why it is seized. I'm new to 4 wheeler repair. I was going to dump a little marvel mystery oil in it and see what happens. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the forum! If the po did what he said or even if it just seized, penetrating oil probably won't help. Do a compression check, check for spark. If compression is lower than 100 psi I'd tear it down.
