Mudmachine,
I just looked at your photos and was wondering where your helmets were? I dont mean to preech, but everyone who rides an atv should wear a helmet. I only takes one crash to kill you and a helmet can save your life, over and over. We dont let anyone ride with us unless they are wearing a helmet and most of the land owners wont let us ride on their land unless we are wearing helmets. Wear a helmet and you will get to enjoy your quad for a long time. Like to see you get through the mud in a wheelchair. lol.

JoelPolaris,
Then I suggest that you NOT look at my photos anymore!!!!.... I CHOOSE not to wear a helmet. I can see the need for helmets on the street, dirtbikes, and sport ATVS... but NOT when low speed mudding...
Where are the ATVBBS moderators anyway???.. I'm not breaking the laws here in Texas....Isn't this classified as a personal attack???

YOUR CHOICE!!
Just like freedom of speech!!
Personally i have had the need for a helmet even at low speed!!!
IE: come out of a mud hole do a nut and catch some turf and flip!!
Obviously you don't ride hard!!
RIDE HARD OR GO HOME!!
this ought to be good for some comments!!

Whats even more dangerous than riding with no helmet is trying to wear a helmet and ride here in East Texas.... As I can see by where you live, you wouldn't know the heat and humidity levels here.
Try wearing a helmet and ride here and you would have a heart attack or heat stroke within 20 minutes.... I can see it now, you'd stroke out, hit the throttle, fall off your bike, land on your head (breaking you neck) The bike would take off and bounce off a pine tree and end up coming back and running over your dumba$$. That broken rear axle of yours would snag the chin strap on your mighty helmet, and drag your carc-*** back to Canada or wherever youre from.
