Still searching for options to cover my yellow plastic on 2004.5 Sportsman 600 twin. None of the kit suppliers make a kit for my year / model. I have found kits for the 2004 Sportsman 500.

Upon comparing photos of both machines, it appears that the plastics are the same. Can anyone confirm that the plastic on the 2004 600 twin and the 500 are the same? Has anyone done a kit on their 2004.5 600?

I looked into the hydro dip option but I would rather go the decal kit route at this time.

Plastics are the same style for the 500 and 600. 2005 was the body change on the 600 and 500 also.Dirt Cheap Yamaha & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

 

Here they are side by side 2004 Polaris Sportsman 600 Twin ATVs Both are Gen VI chassis.
Your 600 will just have a 500 on the tank though.
