Default Screw Sizes

Does anyone happen to know if there is a screw sizing chart for Polaris OEM parts? I have an OEM parts list of screws I need to replace, but there is no sizing information on them (not that I can find anyway). I hoped I could just grab them at my local hardware store (saving $20 and a week of waiting).

Any advice/info is much appreciated - and Merry Christmas to all!

It'd be nice if they did,but they just give a list of bolt sizes normally used and torque settings. Engines them selves are metric while many frame bolts, suspension bolts are sae. You can substitute wrenches 14mm to 9/16, 8mm for 7/16, 13 mm for 1/2 inch standard bolts, but doesn't help that much on bolt size, thread pitch used in the first place on chassis bolts. Some of the breakdowns on individual assemblies give bolt size, but not length or pitch. Unless some one has gone to the trouble of doing this for certain machines, you just have to take individual bolts to a hardware store and match them up. Sucks I know.. This is a general chart in most manuals.

A screw pitch gauge would help you find out the pitch of the screws you have but I just hold 2 screws together to see if the threads fit together.
