Well some what of a victory. It runs. I put stock cable back on and still popping but not starting so I pulled the spark plug and ck spark again, still good looking spark, BUT I decided to replace plug which was new when I put motor back in and fired right up. I feel stupid, but happy. still not satisfied with the cable. anyone know of any other single cable set up that fits it . The one I bought online doesnt fit well and its straight on top unlike the factory one that has a nice curve that follows handle bars down under the plastic. Theres no way good to route the aftermarket one??. but boy O boy am I happy that its running. Thanks for all the advice OPT.. your are a true asset to this site!!

A lot of times people forget you can have a partially fouled plug, especially on two strokes. You can try this place if it isn't where you got the first cable. My two cents on this is to use the stock cable if you can.Aaen Performance - Polaris ATV Two Stroke - Top End Pipes
