Install a carb kit if you haven't done so and eliminate it as a problem.Probably needs one anyway.Plus this fuel section can help you on adjustments.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...,d.aWw&cad=rja If you still have problems move on.Still wouldn't rule out a cam even if it looks good. Only way to really tell is to mic the lobe height.

Well that fuel page was a huge help.. Got it running now, was a combination on things.. Choke cable adj. screw was backed all the way out, was was constantly enriching, and also the carb bow vent tube was looped to the vent on the other side, creating a closed system..
Fixed those both and she runs good now.
Only prob now is that with the intake tube off it'll rev fine, but if you put on the tube( still no actuall filter)it'll bog..

Turn the fuel screw out in 1/4 turn increments and see if it takes the bog away. If not go back the other way 1/4 turn at a time. If this doesn't help you can raise or lower the slide needle to see if it helps. Normally you adjust the fuel screw as it's running with a carb adjuster or small screw driver to get the best idle.

Lowering the e clip on the needle raises the needle up a tad in the needle jet allowing more fuel from an idle to approx 1/4-1/2 throttle. Going the opposite, raising the e clip on the needle which drops the needle in to the needle jet a little further leans out fuel response from an idle from 1/4-1/2 throttle.Mainly you do this to fine tune and help on bogging or hesitation.. Read the fuel section again, plus here's a generic video on this.
