Certainly is a twist of events on this,plus glad you got hired on and you enjoy your work.A dealership is only as good as the owner and the people that work there. Like the old saying,if you have a good dealer experience you'll tell a couple friends about it and word will spread. If you had a bad experience you'll 4 or 5 people and the word will spread even faster.

 

I couldn't have been more surprised myself to end up working their. The new Owners are great people and unlike what they say about "lying salesman" I've never heard the owner tell the slightest lie when selling machines to the customers. Everyone at the dealership is almost always happy, kind, and helpful and couldn't wish for a better place to work!

 

The key is to love what you're doing,makes the job and day go by quicker.Plus the customers can tell right off. I even wrote that on the wall and signed it before I retired for the 3 techs I left behind and for the next group of techs. "Love your work or leave it for someone that does"
